| Usually reaction stepping motor is two-phase, torque and volume is small. Step angle is 7.5 degrees or 1.5 degrees. Generally permanent magnet stepper motor is three-phase, it can finish high torque output, step angle is 1.5 degrees, but the noise and vibration is very strong. It has been eliminated in 80’s in Europe and other developed countries. Hybrid step motor combines advantages of permanent magnet type and reaction advantages. It is divided into two-phases, three-phase and five -phase: step angle of two-phase is 1.8degrees,instead step angle of five-phase is 0.72degree.For hybrid step motors, with the increasing of phase(Number of winding) ,step angle decreases, the precision will be raised. Hybrid step motors are widely used in applications. |
